The 21st Zhongsin International Music Competition in 2027 will be hosted by Oleg Sharov, a Meritorious Russian artist and head of the Department of Folk Music at the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music Professor Charlotte serves as the chairman of the organizing committee; Michael Xiao, Honorary Chairman of Singapore Huayuan Association Mr. Xiao serves as the Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee; Miroslav Kultyshev, winner of the Piano Prize at the 13th Tchaikovsky International Music Competition Kurdyshev serves as the chairman of the judging panel; Paul Weigold, Professor and Head of the Vocal/Opera Department at the Hanover School of Music Media and Drama in Germany Professor Paul Weigold serves as the chairman of the Arts Committee; Associate Professor Xia Gang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gade Music Research Institute and Judge of the Coupe Mondial World Cup, serves as the Secretary General of the Organizing Committee; Mr. Su Lihua, an internationally renowned music critic, serves as the Artistic Planning Director.
