To better discover and nurture musical talent, the organizing committee is seeking partner institutions worldwide to jointly conduct the selection process for the Zhongsin International Music Competition. Partners will host city-level preliminary rounds, with no restrictions on location.

Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

1 Public or private art institutions

2 Art training organizations with a certain scale and reputation

3 Musical instrument retailers with art training qualifications and teaching venues

4 Cultural communication (media) companies with music-related business scope

5 Performance groups (companies) with experience in music-related operations

6Officially registered music institutions and industry associations

7Renowned experts in the field
